Refund and Returns Policy – defythegrid.com

Overview

At Defy The Grid Inc., we stand behind the quality and authenticity of every product we sell. Because precious metals markets move rapidly, returns and refunds are subject to the policies outlined below.

General Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason related to product quality, you must notify Defy The Grid Inc. within three (3) calendar days of delivery.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from our customer service team.

All return requests must be approved before any item is shipped back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

The decision to issue a refund, replacement, or other resolution is made solely at the discretion of Defy The Grid Inc.

Shipping, Fees & Market Adjustments

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
Customers may be responsible for return shipping and insurance
Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of 5% or $35, whichever is greater
Any market losses between the time of purchase and return will be deducted from the refund
All items must be returned in original packaging, in good condition, with all included materials

Refund amounts will be calculated after inspection and any applicable deductions.

Exchanges

If an exchange is approved, Defy The Grid Inc. reserves the right to:

Provide a comparable replacement or
Issue a refund if a suitable replacement is unavailable

All exchange decisions are final and made at our sole discretion.

Jewelry & Specialty Silver Items

Jewelry, collectible silver, statues, and similar specialty items may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a partial refund, subject to the following:

Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance
A 5% restocking fee applies
Items must be returned in original packaging with all paperwork
Any metal market losses will be deducted from the refund

These items are not eligible for full refunds based on spot price movements.
