For payment-card transactions, we may receive limited information from our payment processor such as the last four digits of the card, card issuer country, a processor-generated card token or fingerprint, payment authorization status, address-verification results, card-security-code verification results, 3-D Secure authentication results, and processor decline information when applicable.
These limited payment details may be provided to fraud-prevention providers to help assess whether a transaction appears legitimate or requires additional review.
We do not receive or store the full payment card number or the actual card security code as part of this fraud-prevention process.

We use MaxMind, Inc.’s minFraud services and Device Tracking technology to assist with fraud prevention and transaction-risk assessment.
MaxMind’s technology may collect or receive information such as your IP address, browser and device information, HTTP headers, browser language, session information, device identifiers, and information associated with a transaction.
MaxMind Device Tracking may use first-party cookies, third-party cookies, local storage, and other browser-based technologies to distinguish devices and recognize a device across visits. Where supported, MaxMind’s technology may also recognize the same device across different websites that use MaxMind’s device-tracking services.
MaxMind may generate a device identifier or tracking token that can be associated with transaction information submitted to the minFraud service. This can help distinguish individual devices even when IP addresses change or when multiple users share the same IP address.
Information collected or generated through MaxMind may be combined with contact, account, billing, shipping, payment, order, and transaction information that we provide to MaxMind for fraud-prevention and risk-assessment purposes.
You may control certain cookies or browser-storage technologies through your browser or device settings. Blocking cookies, scripts, local storage, or similar technologies may reduce our ability to assess transaction risk and may cause an order to require additional verification or manual review.
5. Sharing Your Information

Information provided to MaxMind may include contact information, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping information, IP address, browser and device information, session information, device identifiers, fraud-prevention tracking tokens, account information, order and transaction information, referral information, and limited payment information.

MaxMind may process information submitted through its services to provide fraud-prevention and risk-assessment services and may use information obtained through the minFraud service to improve or support its anti-fraud, device-risk, IP-intelligence, and related services. Information may also be combined with information obtained from other MaxMind customers for fraud-detection purposes.

A fraud-risk score or automated result is not necessarily the sole basis for a transaction decision. Defy The Grid may conduct additional review or request additional verification before accepting payment or fulfilling an order.
Where appropriate, we may provide fraud-prevention providers with information about the eventual outcome of a transaction, such as whether a transaction was legitimate, fraudulent, unauthorized, or resulted in a chargeback or return. This feedback may be used to improve future fraud detection.
