What are you selling?
If you're selling goldbacks, we don't need to know the state or denomination—just tell us how many goldbacks.
Example: if you have a 1/2 goldback, 1 goldback, and a 5 goldback, you have 6.5 goldbacks.
IMPORTANT — THIS SUBMISSION DOES NOT LOCK IN ANY PRICE
1) PURPOSE OF THIS FORM
- This form is only to tell Defy The Grid what you are interested in selling.
2) BY SUBMITTING THIS REQUEST
- You are NOT locking in any price.
- You are NOT entering into any agreement.
- You are NOT obligated to ship anything at this stage.
3) WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU SUBMIT
- Defy The Grid will review the items you submitted.
- If we are interested, we may send proposed pricing for some or all items.
- All pricing is subject to market conditions and item verification.
4) LOCKING IN PRICING
A price is ONLY locked in when:
- Defy The Grid sends you pricing
- You explicitly agree to that pricing
- Both parties mutually agree to proceed
Once pricing is mutually agreed upon, the transaction becomes binding.
5) UNTIL PRICING IS AGREED
- All pricing discussions are non-binding.
- You may decline, request changes, or take no action.
- If pricing is not accepted, no agreement exists.
6) AFTER PRICING IS LOCKED IN
- Once pricing is agreed upon, you may ship your items following Defy The Grid’s shipping instructions.
- All items are subject to inspection and verification upon arrival.
- After inspection and verification are completed, payment will be issued via emailed check. Simply print the check and deposit like normal.
7) IMPORTANT NOTES
- Precious metal markets are volatile and pricing may change at any time before locked in.
- Do NOT ship any items unless instructed to do so after pricing is agreed.
- Defy The Grid is NOT responsible for items shipped without an agreed price.
