Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
To protect both our customers and our business, we only ship to the billing address associated with your payment method.
Can I add products to an existing order?
You cannot. Once an order is created we lock it in and cannot add products or make changes to the quantities on products in the order.
You may place another order but you will have to pay for shipping for that individual order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. International shipping is a flat rate of $30, and delivery typically takes 45–60 days.
Will I need to sign for my package?
You will only need to sign for your package if your order was for $700 or more.
My order hasn’t arrived or may be lost. What should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived, first check the tracking number sent to your email for the most up-to-date status.
If your tracking shows no movement for 25 days from the last known location, please reach out to us and we will initiate an insurance claim. Once the claim process has started, we will reship your order. If the original products are no longer available, we will provide compensation in another form.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact your local post office and ask them to locate it using GPS scan data.
You will need to have your local post office email us at [email protected] referencing your order number and confirming that the package was delivered to the wrong address. Once that confirmation is received, we will reship your order.
Can I change my payment method?
Once an order has been placed, we cannot change the payment method.
If needed, you may request that we cancel your order so you can place a new one using your preferred payment method.
Can I cancel my order if prices go down?
You can, however doing so will invoke a cancellation fee of 5% or $35, whichever is greater, plus market loss.
If a listing shows “1 Per Customer,” can I place another order to get multiple?
Technically you could place another order, but we ask customers to respect the “1 per customer” limit when it’s listed.
These limits are usually set so everyone has a fair chance to get at least one, and so we do not have to raise prices or limit availability even further.
If multiple orders are placed to bypass the limit, we will not issue shipping refunds related to those orders, and it may affect our willingness to make exceptions or provide additional accommodations in the future.
My check/echeck cleared my bank. Why hasn’t my order shipped?
While your check/echeck may have cleared your bank, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the funds to fully clear and be accepted by our bank.
Although the funds have left your account, we cannot process or ship your order until the payment has fully cleared on our end.
I made a mistake with my information when making my order. How can I change it?
If you entered your information incorrectly, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Please note that we can only fix small errors (such as typos). We do not change full shipping addresses after an order has been placed.
I never received a confirmation email. How can I get one?
If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact us and we will manually resend it to you.

Do you offer military discounts?
At this time, we do not offer a standard military discount. However, we strive to be a low-cost leader in gold and silver and regularly offer a variety of promotions and discounts to all customers.
Why was my order canceled?
Your order may have been canceled in accordance with our Terms of Service for one of the following reasons:
- An incorrect payment amount was submitted when checking out with cryptocurrency
- Your check or payment did not arrive within the specified time frame
- Your order was placed under review and no action was taken to complete it

Why do your prices change so often?
Gold and silver prices are constantly changing based on the live market. Our prices are updated regularly to reflect current market conditions.
My order is incorrect upon delivery. What do I do?
If your order is missing items or contains incorrect products, please contact us immediately. We maintain security footage of all orders being packaged and will review it to determine what occurred and resolve the issue.

Can we trade metals?
No. However, you can go through our sellback process and use those funds to purchase the metals you want.
We understand this may not be ideal, but it helps keep everything straightforward and consistent.
